The studios can accommodate up to  3 persons and consist of a living - 
sleeping room.

The spacious apartments can accomodate up to 4 persons 
and consists of:

• A livinig - sleeping room  with 2 couch beds and a seperate bedroom.
• All units have bathroom/WC. 
• A small kitchen for your own use 
• A refrigerator, central heating, telephone. 
• Balcony or terrace (partly with sea view).
• On request, air conditioning as well as baby bed will be provided.

Four luxury villas are situated in Polis, just two minutes from Polis beach. Four luxury villas are situated in the village of Argaka, some 1.5 kms from the sea and 7 kms from Polis. 

Each villa is detached with its own private garden and swimming pool. There are lovely views from the villa's balconies over lush, lemon orchards and olive groves Breath taking view of the sea can be enjoyed as you relax on the veranda of your villa.

Each villa is furnished to a very high standard. It has two bedrooms on the first floor-one twin room and one double (with a four poster bed). Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms,airconditioning and private balconies.
On the ground floor you will find a fully equiped kitchen, open-plan dining room and a lounge with two sofa beds, you will also find another shower room with W.C
